In this role, you will be the main point of contact for students and their families throughout their journey, from their first enquiry to their stay in the residence. You will provide guidance, support and personalised assistance, ensuring a smooth booking process and an exceptional living experience aligned with the company's high service standards.

Main responsibilities :
Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to students and authorised contacts to confirm the right contract optionsSupport the Spanish finance team by reviewing bookings and accounts to ensure compliance with Spanish Tax Law, including transactions, refunds, and credit adjustmentsManage inbound student enquiries via phone, email, and chat, including payment-related questions, payment plans, deadlines, and transaction issues, escalating when necessaryKeep accurate records of all resident interactions in the CRM systemCollaborate with global sales teams to facilitate smooth communication with new residentsManage post-booking processes, including cancellations and amendments, following company proceduresIdentify revenue opportunities by promoting contract extensions, upgrades, and additional servicesCore skills / experience :
At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (experience in student housing, hospitality, or luxury services is a plus)Confident, approachable, and empathetic communicator, able to build trust with students and parents.Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Experience using Office 365, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online reporting tools.Fluent in EnglishWhat's on offer :
