As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities across Iberia for our Human Capital Management solutions. You will be responsible for researching prospect accounts, using social media and digital tools to provide insights for prospects through meaningful conversations about our value proposition, building long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor, and helping them understand common pain points.
Key Responsibilities :
- Profile and qualify leads and contacts strategically
- Use all provided tools to build a multi-touch approach to each account
- Detect favorable contexts for sales partners to interact with prospects
- Provide support to team members when needed
- Maintain a clean and updated database
