Overview

The Facilities Manager will lead a team to ensure the day-to-day management of client activities for the assigned property / facility, and support the Senior Facilities Manager by being the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and / or client. The role is responsible for service quality, helpdesk task resolution, maintenance and operations, contract services, safe working practices, purchasing of materials, equipment & supplies, and site budgets accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team for daily client facility management operations
• Serve as the on-site key contact for stakeholders / clients
• Manage service quality, maintenance, operations, and budgets
• Oversee contracts and vendors per best practices
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Implement business continuity and risk management plans
