We're seeking motivated and service-driven students to join our internship program at a luxury hotel. Our purpose is to care for people so they can be their best, creating meaningful experiences for our guests and opportunities for growth for our team members.

Sofia Bar & Tapas

A stylish Mediterranean bar serving up modern tapas with traditional soul, like croquetas, craft cocktails, and lively evenings on the open-air terrace.

Philosophy

A chic café inspired by literary culture filled with books, designer touches, and the smell of specialty coffee and freshly baked pastries. Ideal for light bites, brunch, or a quiet catch-up.

Idea

Our breakfast restaurant with a wide range of breakfast buffet and a show cooking area. The terrace invites to spend sunny morning breakfasts outside.

As an intern, you'll rotate every 2 months across these three outlets, gaining hands-on experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Your Role

• Support day-to-day service in each outlet
• Welcome and serve guests with professionalism and warmth
• Set up and maintain clean, organized service areas
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
