The role involves making and managing reservations, working with computers and maintaining programs, greeting guests at check-in and check-out, and allocating rooms efficiently.
Responsibilities also include managing complaints and resolving problems, dealing with special requests, overseeing accounting and payments, and communicating in multiple languages via phone, email, or in person. The receptionist is expected to multitask and assist in other areas of the hotel as needed.

Additional Responsibilities
Answering telephone calls, checking in and out guests, controlling bookings and availability, managing prices and promotions, resolving issues, basic accounting, payments oversight, assisting customers, and managing online reputation through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, TripAdvisor, Trivago, etc.
