Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will ensure the precise and timely administration of pre-sale customer requests across all sales channels so that Sales and Product Marketing can make well-informed decisions and move fast. Day to day, you’ll execute and continuously improve our pre‑sales support model for Smart Power Spain—coordinating prices & availability, quotations, SPAs / SPR governance, tender documentation, and system hygiene—while proactively escalating issues to secure swift resolution.
The work model for the role is : hybrid
This role contributes to the Electrification Business – Smart Power Division (Spain). Main stakeholders include Channel Sales (OEM, PB&I, Distribution), Technical Promotion, Product Marketing Specialists (Breakers & Digital, Switches & Fusegear, Enclosures, Motor Starting & Safety), RDC planning / logistics, factories, distributors, panel builders, installers, and end‑user influencers.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
You’ll join a collaborative, high‑energy team that bridges Product Marketing and every sales channel. We operate with clear SLAs, crisp documentation, and fast, friendly escalation—so opportunities don’t stall.
