As a Supervisor on our team, you will :Monitor and report team performanceGive agents feedback on their individual and motivate team membersKeep track of each agent’s trainingParticipate in the recruitment process close to HR DepartmentOrganize and optimize shiftsMake sure processes and procedures are up to date and adhered to take overflow calls / tickets.Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts), log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.Guide on selling techniques for complex outbound driven salesMaintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customersRequirements
