About the Team

Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Consultants demonstrate their in-depth product knowledge of Workday’s HCM enterprise software and industry knowledge to provide deep functional expertise throughout the sales process. Working as part of the Solution Consulting team, individual Solution Consultants partner with Account Executives to engage in discovery around an organization's current environment and deliver relevant, impactful presentations and product demonstrations that illustrate how Workday’s Enterprise applications can address requirements, solve business concerns, and create value. Presales are involved throughout the sales cycle from initial qualification, discovery through tailored product demonstrations, deep dives and including executive level presentations. You will act as a trusted adviser to prospects and customers and provide consultation on product capability and value.

About the Role

Workday is looking for an experienced Presales Solution Consultant with Enterprise software expertise to join our Iberia Team. If you have deep knowledge of Human Capital Management software in Spain & Portugal and possess software presales experience (or related experience presenting and demonstrating HCM applications to a C-level audience), this is your chance to help organizations improve their business operations and employee experience through adoption of a modern and comprehensive Enterprise Management Cloud.

Responsibilities include :

• The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
• To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training.
• To contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.
• Being a real Account team lead to follow your customers, understand their strategies and help them expand their Workday footprint to support that strategy.
• Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
• To assist sales in the response to RFIs.
