Engineering Manager for Fintech

We're managing a role for an a well-founded (Series B) Fintech & Security company that helps banks and financial institutions with Digital Identity technology (Leader in their sector).
This is a strategic position, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Barcelona office, working directly with the Amsterdam office at a strategic level and managing the team in Barcelona (referent in Spain).
Responsibilities
- Be able to drive the software engineering team's best practices
- 2x Agile teams in BCN (6-12 people)
- Expand, grow, retain & promote teams
- Lead technical discussions and learning sessions
- Develop more leaders within their team
- Collaborate on product direction
