IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "CEMTex"

Overview

GALICIAN HEALTH KNOWLEDGE AGENCY is looking for an IVY volunteer to support the Interreg project “CEMTex / Closing the loop on Circular Medical Textiles for the transition to a Circular Economy”, under the Interreg Programme INTERREG EUROPE.

The objective of the Interreg project CEMTex is to identify bottlenecks in both public procurement frameworks on the demand side and the logistical and compliance issues on the supply side, and to provide solutions and best practices to help build better policy instruments that can favour production, use and reuse of circular medical textiles and boost regional value chains and the circular economy in general.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the organization of workshops and events;
• Collaboration in the design of promotional posters for the different project events;
• Assistance in the designing of posters, publications, posts, notices;
• Assistance in the writing of reports, summaries, briefings, press releases;
• Collaborating in the management of dissemination activities and events, through different means, including social networks;
• Compiling information, preparing and filing documentation, taking notes, helping with scheduling and logistics;
• Participating in meetings and awareness-raising events on the circular economy and its impact on the planet;
• Supporting the search for information and promotional materials on the circular economy.

Other information

Financial support : 29.00 euros per day (weekends and holidays included).

Location : Santiago de Compostela, Spain.

Start and duration : Starting ASAP, for 6 months.

Languages : Spanish (C1), English (C1).

Deadline for applications : 22 September.

Note : The languages mentioned are the minimum levels of command required.
