Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification of training needs in collaboration with the global team, while also detecting local team‑specific development requirements.
• Coordinate the logistics of training activities, both in‑person and online.
• Assist in the selection and management of external training providers.
• Provide support in managing online learning platforms (LMS) and help keep training content up to date.
• Monitor attendance and gather participant feedback to assess satisfaction and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports on training activities and outcomes.
• Manage documentation related to training subsidies through FUNDAE (if applicable).
