Position Description
JOB PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES :
The Business Consulting team has a key role and a strong contribution to the Sales win rate. They must understand customer needs and aligns them with the spectrum of France Product and Service offerings.
In this pre-sales position, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your ADP service expertise and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges particularly related to Payroll / HR, absence management and integration with other multinational ADP offerings.
The main focus area of the Business Consultant (BC) supporting France is to assist Digital Sales teams (up to 350 ees) with RFP answering (request for proposal) BoB (best of breed) offerings Decidium and ADPLink. These include questionnaires covering topics such as functionalities, services delivery, implementation, technical requirements, etc.
RFP answering involves project management tasks (Bid management), such as organizing the worksplit between various internal stakeholders, coordinating content owners and other SMEs across various business units to ensure response packages are consolidated and delivered and on a timely manner.
To meet this objective, the Business Consultant will use content materials, collaterals, supporting documentation stored in a dedicated tool (Responsive) that acts as a repository for standard answers and templates.
The BC will also be responsible with curating the Responsive content database , ensuring it's maintained up to date.
In addition to this role and as an ADP products expert, the BC may be asked to deliver first level webex presentations of local platforms – collective demos (Decidium).
The Business Consultant may also be requested to contribute by creating product video demo recordings that will be leveraged by Sales with their prospects in various stages of the sales cycle.
KEY TASKS :
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
Candidate should have high level of technical writing skills in English / French language. He(she) should be able to summarize or rephrase answers, depending on the level of details required by the RFP. Content should be customized to prospect's field of activity and specifics.
Ability to take complex subjects and distil into a simplistic message to ensure that our clients / prospects understand the value and benefit of our services and multinational solutions
Candidate must be also comfortable with talking in English / French with diverse audiences, appropriately adjusts technical content to meet differing knowledge and interest, and juggling meetings with multiple audience levels.
