Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a PMO that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
Main Responsabilities :
Governance and Coordination
Support the Business and IT Program Lead and moderate weekly PMO meetings and Scrum ceremonies, including agenda preparation and follow-up.
Facilitate bi-weekly Workstream Leads meetings, ensuring alignment across IT, Business, and Veeva stakeholders.
Align with Global Veeva PMO, US PMO, and local PMOs to ensure consistency in planning, execution, and reporting.
Support SteerCo and Sponsor meetings by preparing materials and writing minutes.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Maintain and evolve the dedicated Confluence space, including :
Risk Log
Decision Log
Project Plan
JIRA Board
Access and Service Catalog Requests
Build and consolidate documentation in SharePoint for broader team access.
Access
Skills & Experience
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
Good communication and written skills in english
Highly organized, being able to handle stakeholders and vendor PMO
Understand complex program and project structures
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
Experience in Scrum metodology
PMO Experience
Experience with Major programs
Jira / Confluence
