Senior Manager, Project Management

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

~7–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager .

~ Proven experience leading end-to-end eCommerce projects .

~ Background in the insurance or financial services industry.

~ Strong knowledge of UX , Agile methodologies , and software project management .

~ Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

~ Fluent English (C1 level); Spanish native is a plus.

~ Based in Barcelona , with a hybrid model (2 days / week in the office) .

Lead and deliver end-to-end digital and eCommerce projects , ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Collaborate closely with IT, Marketing, and UX teams to align goals and priorities.

Coordinate internal and external resources , including vendors and technology partners.

Apply Agile frameworks to manage project execution efficiently.

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics , reporting results to senior management.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for digital platforms and processes.

Act as a cultural and communication bridge between technical and business stakeholders.
