International Headhunter | Director of Recruiting | Connecting China to Global Talent Responsible for organizing the overall planning of adaptive road test, including road test plan, activity organization, vehicle management, road test problem promotion, etc.

• Responsible for the overall management of the development schedule, quality and cost of each performance module, and effective balance;

Responsible for the user research of automotive products, conducted research and support at various stages of product development, tapped user needs, and formed user experience needs

Responsible for the evaluation and experience of user experience during product development

Responsible for organizing the user experience evaluation team to complete the dynamic evaluation of competitive vehicles to support the setting and acceptance of vehicle performance development goals.

Responsible for the establishment of adaptive road test process system.

Requirements Education background : full-time college degree or above

Certificate requirements : CET-4 or above certificate

Work experience : 5 years or more working experience in vehicle performance development and verification

Professional requirements : vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, automation and other related majors

Ability requirements : familiar with the vehicle performance development and verification process, familiar with the vehicle structure, working principle, master the development and verification of various performance attributes, with good organization, communication and expression skills; Able to communicate in English normally.
