#About the role

We are looking for a Part-time Lead Instructor for our AI-Driven Marketing Bootcamp on the Remote campus. If you are passionate about data-driven marketing strategies and love sharing your expertise with aspiring professionals, this role might be just for you!

#Responsibilities

  • Oversee the whole academic experience of the bootcamp.
  • Teach at the Remote campus : Tuesday & Thursday 18 : 30-21 : 30 CET and Saturday 10 : 00-17 : 00 CET.
  • Manage the Teaching Assistant and the Central Teaching Assistant to support the success of the class.
  • Facilitate a safe, supportive, and energetic community that welcomes various learning styles.
  • Challenge students to think strategically as they turn ideas into real user experience solutions.
  • Inspire and support students as they identify passions and drive continued learning beyond the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and Outcomes Managers to ensure students achieve professional goals.
  • Administer assessment tasks and give timely, accurate feedback on learning outcomes.

The Ironhack Experience

  • Teach core topics : SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, automation, and personalization.
  • Guide students in using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and ChatGPT for strategy implementation.
  • Lead hands-on projects and activities to provide practical, job‑ready skills.
  • Ensure mastery of program outcomes such as crafting digital marketing strategies, analyzing data‑driven performance, and leveraging AI tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with Global Team

  • Collaborate with Curriculum Engineers to improve the curriculum.
  • Work with the global team on rollout of new teaching materials.
  • Adapt the global curriculum and build own lesson plans as needed, contributing lessons learned over time.
  • Create engaging content for Digital Marketing courses, including lessons, exercises, and mini‑projects.
  • Community Building

  • Create a sense of community and participate in student experience by joining events.
  • Facilitate a supportive and energetic community lasting beyond the course.
  • #Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Fluent in English, the language of instruction.
  • Passionate about digital marketing and teaching.
  • Experienced in Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and no‑code AI platforms.
  • Successfully created new techniques and materials.
  • Ability to adjust lesson plans based on learning success and difficulties.
  • Can give clear instructions and organize activities with guidance from PM or TA.
  • Alternate between teaching whole class and pair or group work with clear instructions.
  • Experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Proactively anticipate problems and take necessary action.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to capture people’s attention.
  • Organized, reliable, communicative, open to feedback.
  • Enjoy teaching / mentoring others engaged in the tech community.

  • Onboarding : 2 weeks, starting on December 29, 2025.
  • Schedule : Tuesday & Thursday 18 : 30 – 21 : 30 CET; Saturday 10 : 00 – 17 : 00 CET.

  • Bootcamp End Date : July 11, 2026.
