Full Stack Software Engineer (Node.js / React)

In this role, you'll be a key pillar in the development of innovative solutions that directly impact key areas such as Production, Operations, and Human Resources. You won't just code; you'll lead the complete project lifecycle, from initial design to final deployment.

You'll work side-by-side with our internal team, in addition to collaborating closely with a consolidated team of external developers, ensuring the quality and technical alignment of all deliverables. What you\'ll do

• Develop complete solutions : From design to implementation, you will lead projects that optimize processes and increase efficiency throughout the company.
• Build a powerful backend : You will implement and maintain our backend architecture with Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js, using Sequelize for persistence in MySQL.
• Create exceptional user experiences : You will develop intuitive and fluid user interfaces with React v19, React Router, and Vite, applying modern styles with Sass and CSS Modules.
• Participate in DevOps : You will collaborate on the deployment and maintenance of solutions, working with tools like Docker, NGINX, and AlmaLinux.
• Lead and collaborate with external teams : You will manage and coordinate our team of external developers on web and mobile projects.
• Ensure security : You will implement key security measures like HTTPS, CORS, and input validation with Zod to protect our applications.
