Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Ivd Industry

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the IVD industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with regional sales teams to improve end-user satisfaction.
• Provide technical support to regional distributors, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promote reagent parameters and optimize analyzer performance.
• Establish relationships with reference customers and provide ongoing support and training.
• Source and procure required reagents and spare parts in a timely manner.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support business objectives.
