Pensions & Benefits Manager (f / m / d)
Join our dynamic Global Pensions & Benefits CoE as a Pensions & Benefits Manager . In this role you will contribute to our global pension reporting and pension management risk reporting. You will play a key part in shaping and managing our pension programs strategically, ensuring they are designed and implemented in line with regulatory requirements and our global governance standards. This also includes continuous improvement by leading and contributing to a wide range of pensions and benefits projects across local, regional, and global levels.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Manage quarterly and year‑end pension reporting, including data validation, reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies
- Act as the central liaison between global / local actuaries, Finance, HR Operations, C&B, asset managers, and external auditors to drive a seamless reporting cycle
- Support audit coordination, prepare documentation, and respond to auditor queries in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual effort
- Handle pension management risk reporting, including identification, analysis, and reporting of risks associated with pensions
- Lead and contribute to pensions & benefits projects across local, regional, and global levels, driving innovation and continuous improvement
- Manage pension programs, ensuring legal compliance, cost control, vendor quality, and competitive positioning
- Provide guidance and training to HR, Finance, and C&B teams, fostering knowledge sharing and operational excellence
Your Background
5+ years of experience in Pensions & Benefits, with solid knowledge of pension reporting and analytics, and a demonstrated strength and enthusiasm for working with data and quantitative analysisDegree (minimum bachelor or similar) in Economics, Business & Administration, Law, or a comparable subjectProficiency in the use of IT tools / applications and strong skills to work with Microsoft OfficeProfound Project Management experience – leading and coordinating stakeholders to achieve project objectivesExcellent end‑to‑end process thinking and analytical skillsStrong presentation skills and stakeholder managementSelf‑driven, collaborative, enthusiastic and inclusive, curious, and eager to learn new things, creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs; ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersFluency in spoken and written EnglishMore About Us
