Dutch Speaking Lead Prospector - Google Ads Products Location : Barcelona, Spain (hybrid).

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Lead Prospector to join our New Business Sales Development team within the Acquisition Marketing function. The team delivers high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across European markets. The role focuses on researching and delivering high quality, policy-compliant leads sourced from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.

Responsibilities Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for internal New Business Sales teams

Company evaluation : assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools

Company qualification : conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition

Monitor industry news and trends to inform timely prospecting

Requirements Language Skills : Dutch at C2 level and English at C1 level

2 years of experience in digital advertising or market research, specifically within the Benelux market

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, basic macros, task automation)

Strong analytical ability and understanding of market trends; good knowledge of the Israeli SMB sector

Attention to detail and accuracy; comfortable working with reports, databases, and CRM platforms

Well-organized and able to handle pressure in a dynamic team

Good time management and prioritization; ability to manage multiple tasks

Ability to work independently and deliver results with limited guidance

Strong familiarity with CRM tools and managing customer relationships

Experience using AI tools in daily tasks and interpreting insights for outreach

Result-oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate with team members

Strong business understanding and ability to assess market opportunities

Skilled at identifying promising leads using firmographic and behavioral data

Critical thinking to evaluate lead quality and prioritize effectively

Specialized Skills for the Benelux Market Market understanding of the Benelux region, including cultural nuances and business practices

Strategic thinking and ability to target companies with growth potential

Analytical skills for market trends and customer data

Staying ahead of market trends and adapting to changes in consumer behavior

Familiarity with latest digital marketing tools and platforms

Understanding diverse consumer preferences across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg

Salary : 23,205€ + up to 4,095€ gross / year in bonus
