Overview
We’re hiring a Risk Manager (Fintech / Crypto). You’ll be part of a small, sharp Risk & Compliance team that works directly with product, legal, finance, and ops, shaping how we handle risk as we scale across Europe under MiCA.
What you’ll actually be doing
- Keeping our risk registers, KRIs, and incident logs up to date and useful.
- Spotting issues early, coordinating follow-up, and ensuring follow-through.
- Working side by side with tech and business teams to reduce exposure before it becomes a problem.
- Helping us stay ahead of regulatory change without drowning in bureaucracy.
- Preparing clear dashboards and updates for leadership and regulators.
