The Role
ALOHAS is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the next phase of international growth. The CCO will be responsible for driving all revenue-generating activities across wholesale, retail, franchise / partnerships, and omnichannel commerce. This is a senior leadership role with the mandate to design the commercial strategy, build scalable structures, and lead high-performing teams that can deliver growth across geographies and channels. The CCO will bring both analytical discipline and entrepreneurial energy, ensuring that ALOHAS continues to scale profitably while staying true to its brand values.
