CRO and PPC Manager

Warmy.io  is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses land in inboxes, not spam folders. We are a fast-growing global startup, trusted by companies worldwide to improve email deliverability and outreach performance.

As we grow, we’re looking for a  CRO & PPC Manager  - someone proactive and curious - to support our marketing team across a variety of tasks.

What You'll Do

• Deal with  content creation  and simple designs
• Copywriting, idea generation , and creative brainstorming with tools like ChatGPT
• Update and manage content in  WordPress  (no coding required)
• Deal with  Google Ads  setup and ad creation (under guidance)
• Create  Meta / TikTok ads  – both visual and video (together with a video editor)
• Execute of  CRO experiments and A / B tests
• Take ownership of marketing-related tasks
• Communicate clearly and professionally with the team
• Suggest improvements and stay organized across multiple tasks
