Job description

We're looking for an enthusiastic sales professional eager to grow in B2B sales as an SDR (Sales Development Representative). We want someone energetic and motivated to help us scale our platform from hundreds to thousands of clients, ideally with some prior sales experience.

As an SDR, you'll serve as the crucial first point of contact with potential leads. Your primary responsibility will be qualifying leads and identifying market opportunities, mainly through calls, with a focus on the Mexico and US markets.

By joining our sales team, you'll gain valuable hands-on B2B sales experience while learning directly from experienced professionals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Reach out to potential leads mainly through calls, opening conversations and creating opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and identify new market opportunities in Mexico and the US.
  • Keep our CRM up to date with accurate and relevant information.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize results.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Gather insights from the market and prospects to help improve our sales strategy.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field — or proven experience in sales.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Passion for sales, with motivation to learn and grow in B2B.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred but not required).
