Responsibilities
- Delivered high-touch, VIP support to senior executives, ensuring immediate resolution of critical issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Specialized in SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for deploying software packages, updates, patch management, and compliance reporting across enterprise environments.
- Managed endpoint lifecycle and device configurations using Microsoft Intune, including device provisioning, policy enforcement, and remote wipe actions.
- Provided Level 2 / 3 deskside and remote support for complex hardware and software incidents, including OS repair, profile migrations, and system imaging.
- Diagnosed and resolved escalated issues involving Active Directory, domain join failures, user authentication, and group policy troubleshooting.
- Acted as the site lead or escalation point during major incident calls (MI), maintaining communication with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders.
- Maintained and enforced security compliance standards, monitored antivirus tools, and performed audits to identify and remediate non-compliance issues.
- Supported VIP onboarding sessions, ensuring seamless setup of VPN, secure print, digital access badges, and personalized workspace configurations.
- Performed proactive health checks on executive devices and meeting room equipment, including AV / VC systems and remote conferencing tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Troubleshot and supported Windows OS, Office 365, network drives, remote access tools, and encrypted devices in compliance with enterprise standards.
- Maintained documentation for SOPs, known issues, executive device configurations, and ticket resolution logs.
- Provided smart hands support in data center / IDF environments (rack and stack, patching, hardware diagnostics) as needed.
