About the Role :

We're hiring an Operations Lead to be the person who makes sure Gala actually works every day. This is not a corporate role.

You want to :

• Own problems, not just tasks
• Fix and improve processes
• Help turn operations into a smooth machine

What You'll Do :

Keep daily operations running

Jump in when things break & get them fixed

️ Turn workflows into clear, simple processes

Coordinate between patients, providers, labs and team.

Keep everyone organized and on track

Spot patterns and suggest improvements
