Senior Support Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (all genders welcome) COSMO CONSULT is seeking a Senior Support Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role focuses on managing clients in the installed base, expanding collaboration, and acting as both a functional consultant / architect and a client relationship manager.
Responsibilities
Manage complex implementations in the installed base, evolve them, and develop the business relationship between COSMO CONSULT and the client to be more productive and efficient.
Act as a functional / architectural consultant and, when needed, as a client relationship manager with PM capabilities.
Learn COSMO's product and provide support and value to clients through product and business development within existing accounts.
REQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLES
Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior BC (Business Central) consultant; experience as a support consultant is valuable.
Areas of expertise : Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse.
High level of English (spoken and written) to coordinate with the Global Support team.
Extensive knowledge of different BC areas.
Experience in project management or as a PM for small projects.
Proactive, methodical, autonomous, with empathy and strong communication to build client trust.
