Engineering Leadership Position

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Architect to lead our Engineering team in designing and delivering a cutting-edge, multichannel flight loyalty experience system. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing mobile (Flutter) and web (React) applications with shared design principles and performance goals.

• Leverage your expertise in full-stack development to drive the end-to-end engineering lifecycle, from discovery workshops to production deployment.
• Develop and implement a scalable and secure architecture for our multichannel platform, integrating multiple backend systems, including loyalty engines, CRM platforms, and airline APIs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading technical teams and a proven track record of success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
