Define the global strategy of the Life Science business through the development and execution of commercial plans that ensure business development as well as the achievement of sales and profitability objectives established in the annual budget, with the support of a commercial team, reporting directly and / or functionally assigned.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Aligned with the company's objectives, propose, develop, and achieve commercial objectives, expense control, and financial goals of the annual budget for the Life Science market, ensuring the continuous creation of value for Caldic Ibérica.
- Promote the development of the Health and Food markets in accordance with the company's global strategy, considering industry potential and trends, both nationally and across group subsidiaries.
- Supervise the responsibilities of the direct commercial team assigned in Iberia to ensure strategy implementation, management model adherence, commercial process compliance, NOF tracking, and KPIs alignment with Caldic Ibérica strategy.
- Collaborate in establishing pricing and margin policies by market and industry, in partnership with the Director of Marketing & Business Development and General Management, ensuring compliance by the commercial teams.
