We are looking for a Head of Growth to join a fast-scaling international startup. This role will be key in driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and retention, shaping the company’s next big chapter of expansion.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall growth strategy across marketing, sales, and product.
- Build scalable acquisition and conversion plans to drive sustainable revenue.
- Manage growth budget and maximize ROI through data-driven decision-making.
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and speed in execution.
Requirements
5+ years of experience leading growth in startups at scale-up or hypergrowth stage.Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to translate data into strategy.Solid background in Marketing, Business, or related field.Leadership and communication skills to align and motivate cross-functional teams.Hands-on, results-driven, and resilient approach.Benefits
