Senior Corporate In House Counsel

Our client is an ultra-high growth investment company operating within the European TMT sector.

New role

Ahead of the next growth phase, we are looking for an experienced Corporate / Corporate Finance lawyer to join the senior management team.

Working closely with an award winning and highly experienced General Counsel, this newly created position will operate at the commercial sharp end of this high growth p / e organisation as it closes in on its next acquisition / s

You will be advising on M&A deals and leading integration as the organisation heads towards the FTSE 100.

This is an opportunity to have a huge impact as an experienced lawyer and commercial decision maker.

Based in Madrid, you will work closely with the General Counsel and owners of the business to further develop and grow the portfolio.

We are looking for an exceptional Corporate M&A Corporate lawyer with a highly commercial approach.

You will have a strong background in Corporate / Corporate Finance with experience gained in a leading Private Practice and / or In House environment.

You will be UK Qualified and have UK Listed company experience and have the facility to base in Madrid.

8+ pqe.

Ideally you will already be based in Madrid but we are open to a weekly commute for the right background / experience.
