Our client is a leading global technology brand in the smart residential energy sector. They specialize in integrated systems for solar power, energy storage, EV charging, and energy management.
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier communication, purchase order issuance, and invoice processing to ensure timely material availability.
- Oversee logistics and inventory operations, coordinating shipments, monitoring delivery status, and conducting quality checks upon goods receipt.
- Schedule and coordinate product deliveries with installation teams, ensuring seamless handover to customers and obtaining formal acceptance documentation.
- Facilitate project closure by verifying completion milestones, initiating customer invoicing, and supporting the accounts team in payment collection.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on order and delivery status.
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, procurement, or logistics, , preferably within renewable energy, construction, or consumer durables.Associate degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with project management or ERP software is a plus.A proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
