Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain?

AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - # DISCOVER I 2026 / 2027 - Starting date March 2nd 2026 until 26th February We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with

an 11 month internship at Airbus

in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h / week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description :

Tasks to be carried out by the student :

Conection of shopfloor organization tools,

follow up of production master planning,

optimization of production processes and means,

implementation of improvement solutions,

optimization of effectivity and efficiency,

production cost reduction ideas.

protection and sealant reduction project.- Knowledge to be acquired by the student :

Management of the production scheduling

Manufacturing organization

Lean manufacturing organization

Data Analytics oriented to shopfloor performance

Programming oriented to shopfloor performance

Problem Solving - Within which projects or areas the internship will be carried out.

Manufacturing process

Production organization

Lean Manufacturing

Continuous improvement - Tools to be used.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience : - Degree in engineering (Aeronautical, Industrial,...)- English : negotiation level (C1)- Spanish : Fluent.- General knowledge in G-suit apps, programming, excel, manufacturing process, continuous improvement, Lean tools.- Skills valued : shopfloor orientation, proactive and assertive communication, oriented to improvement. - Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
