We are looking for a highly experienced LTspice EDA & Circuit Simulation Specialist to lead advanced electronic circuit modeling and validation activities. This role requires deep expertise in analog, digital, and mixed-signal simulation, ensuring that circuit designs meet strict performance and reliability standards before moving to hardware. The ideal candidate will act as the go-to authority on circuit simulation, providing technical leadership across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all LTspice-related simulation work.
Develop, implement, and refine complex analog, RF, power, and mixed-signal circuits in LTspice.
Build custom component models, behavioral models, and subcircuits for advanced simulation.
Perform in-depth analyses including transient, AC, DC sweep, Monte Carlo, thermal, and noise simulations.
Lead design verification and optimization efforts, ensuring simulated performance aligns with system requirements.
Benchmark and validate simulation results against real-world test data, providing design recommendations.
Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices and workflows for circuit simulation.
Collaborate closely with design, layout, and test engineers to ensure smooth transition from simulation → PCB → prototype.
Author technical documentation, including detailed reports, simulation methodologies, and design guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record (5–10+ years) in LTspice circuit design and simulation.
Deep knowledge of semiconductor device physics, power electronics, RF, and analog design.
Expertise in custom model development and parameter extraction.
Strong understanding of signal integrity, EMI / EMC, thermal effects, and reliability simulation.
Familiarity with additional EDA platforms (PSpice, OrCAD, ADS, MATLAB / Simulink) a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as provide technical leadership within a team.
