Head Of Wholesale Emea (Based In Spain) - €70.000 - €75.000 A Year

At Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG, we are seeking a Head of Wholesale EMEA for one of our clients, a leading fashion / footwear company based in Spain. This position requires living in Spain. Responsibilities : Act as the brand's representative to other leading companies, demonstrating leadership in the sector. Lead a team of Wholesale Account Managers distributed throughout Europe. Identify new business opportunities throughout the year. Strengthen commercial relationships with existing clients. Develop the strategy with General Management, with a special emphasis on branding and commercial strategy linked to the customer experience. Monitor client companies' promotional campaigns : sending catalogs, preparing and monitoring proposals, and managing budgets. Monitor inventory and product availability to meet customer needs or current proposals, in collaboration with the Demand Planning department. Report on results obtained. Participate in the creation of channel strategies and execution of action plans to achieve the B2B team's objectives. Support customer communication efforts. Requirements : Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales in a Fashion Retail, Footwear, or Cosmetics company, in an international environment. Leadership and team management skills. Experience working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Fluent in English.
