Overview

Job Summary

As a Biostatistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development of innovative statistical strategies that drive project success. You will lead cross-functional teams and design clinical trials across all phases.

We are seeking an expert statistician with a strong background in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python. Your advanced knowledge of statistical analyses and regulatory frameworks will be invaluable in managing relationships with vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement Clinical Trials : Lead the design and implementation of clinical trials across all phases, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Develop and Review Trial Documentation : Develop and review trial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Present Statistical Findings : Present complex statistical findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage Vendor and Partner Relationships : Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and partners to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

You must have a PhD in Statistics or a related field and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. A collaborative mindset and experience leading junior statisticians and cross-functional teams are essential for this role. A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and advanced statistical analyses is necessary for success in this position. Additionally, experience working with vendors and partners will be valuable in driving project success.
