Your role

Apply now for the position of Clinical Project Manager and you will work closely with internal stakeholders, particularly clinical science, and coordinate CROs, vendors, and sites, ensuring timelines, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance are consistently met. The ideal candidate brings proven imaging-trial experience, a talent for vendor oversight, and the agility to thrive in a lean cross-functional, mission-driven radiopharma environment under the guidance of the Clinical Operations Director.

Responsibilities

• You translate protocol objectives into a comprehensive operational plan, coordinating documentation, vendor selection and cross-functional alignment.
• You manage daily trial execution including start-up, logistics, monitoring, imaging, and data collection, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• You lead operational meetings, maintain relationships with internal and external partners, and deliver concise reports to clinical and scientific leadership.
• You ensure inspection-readiness and GCP / SOP compliance, overseeing TMF, monitoring activities, audits, and training.
• You oversee budget and invoicing, support Finance with forecasts and analysis, and contribute to process and tool optimization.
