Buffer Technician Position

We are seeking a skilled Buffer Technician to join our team. As a Buffer Technician, you will play a crucial role in the development and manufacturing of biologics and cell therapy products.

Main Responsibilities :

• Achieve set objectives and develop processes for the production of recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies or similar biological molecules in microorganisms.
• Prepare, control and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and compliance with GMP requirements.
• Document new equipment entries and buffer types selection.
• Provide technical support in drafting specific documentation and SOPs.
• Manage quality indicators associated with scaling and solution manufacturing process.
• Supervise stock of materials needed to perform daily activities.
• Ensure necessary material orders are scheduled in SAP system to meet manufacturing schedule.
• Execute activities of Scale-up and Manufacturing department following operating procedures and GMP requirements.
