Noventure, an Austell Pharmaceuticals B2B company focused on Medical Devices and Specialized Food Supplements, is hiring a Scientific and Medical Manager based in Barcelona City.

Mission

As a Scientific & Medical Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the scientific information of the products and providing medical and scientific support to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the company's products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Scientific Affairs strategy, including support to the Regulatory Department.

Develop and oversee experimental and clinical studies to enhance scientific communication and regulatory support (PMCF).

Conduct literature reviews and produce scientific publications.

Cooperate with the company's marketing, regulatory, and business development departments and give scientific support and training to the commercial partners

Requirements Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor´s degree or University degree, ideally in Medicine. Alternatively, we can consider paramedical degrees (Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Veterinary, Nursing). PhD degree is a plus.

More than 5 years of experience in the Health Care industry (Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Clinical Nutrition)

Experience in working with CROs

Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages would be appreciated.

Good skills in team cooperation

Knowledge of Medical Devices regulations and ISO 13485

Traveling around 20%-30% of the time
