Key Responsibilities

Manage and advise on complex employee relations matters across EU jurisdictions

Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on European employment law and local labour directives

Partner with HR Operations to streamline processes and ensure legal compliance

Analyse HR trends and deliver actionable insights across engagement, culture, and performance metrics

Lead or support the implementation of compliant HR policies in collaboration with external legal counsel

What You Bring

Demonstrated HR generalist experience in multi-country environments In-depth knowledge of European employment legislation and regulatory frameworks Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply HR data effectively Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills suited to international teams CIPD certification or formal qualifications in employment law (strongly preferred) Experience in professional services or the financial sector is a plus
