About the Role

The HR Rewards Digital SME is responsible for ensuring business requirements from the Rewards function are clearly understood, translated into technical specifications, and effectively implement a digital solution. This role collaborates closely with the digital team to explore and deliver solutions, drives simplification and standardization of processes, and benchmarks best practices from the market to recommend improvements.

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable digital requirements.
• Collaborate with digital and IT teams to explore and implement solutions within existing HCM platforms.
• Drive simplification and standardization of digital rewards processes across geographies.
• Benchmark external market practices and recommend enhancements to digital rewards strategies.
• Partner with Rewards COE, HRDS, Digital Team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of rewards strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits modules of HCM systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and analytics tools to monitor rewards effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in digital rewards processes.
