What You'll Do

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting in line with US GAAP.

Manage financial transactions and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.

Liaise with external partners, including banks, auditors, and vendors, particularly those based in the US.

Responsibilities

Financial operations (billing, tax, accounting, annual reporting, controlling).

Develop and maintain financial strategies in accordance with Ultralytics’ objectives and US accounting standards.

Manage the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and consolidated reports.

Ensure financial records are compliant with US GAAP and other international regulatory requirements.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, perform risk assessment, and recommend solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial management into all aspects of the business.

Your profile

Skills And Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably with exposure to US accounting practices.

VC funded startup experience and SaaS knowledge.

Proficient in QuickBooks software and advanced Excel skills.

Strong understanding of US GAAP and international financial regulations.

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
