Who we are
We were established in HK in 1998 by someone who understood the value of an airport lounge and felt that the experience shouldn't just be limited to a closed-circuit group of travelers. Through the years we have worked incredibly hard to create an experience which is both accessible and quality. Almost 25 years later we now span four core business segments : airport lounges, airport terminal hotels, airport meet & greet services, and a range of airport dining concepts.

Responsibilities
Provide clear direction in assigning and instructing housekeeping crew in details of work.Plan, organize, and monitor housekeeping team to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards set by the Company, which requires continuous visual inspection of the lounge and the lounge facilities.To conduct performance evaluation of the housekeeping team.Monitor and perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness in lounges (public areas, shower rooms, back of the house areas, buffet counters).Establish and maintain adequate supplies for efficient operation.Ensure proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies by monitoring usage, providing complete training for housekeeping crew and ensuring proper labeling of hazardous supplies in accordance with the Company’s, regional, local and national authorities.Evaluate condition of furniture, fixtures, decor, etc. Make recommendations and assist in the coordination of rehab projects.To cooperate and work in a team for development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system.To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities.To undertake other jobs assigned by supervisor from time to time.Requirements
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in HousekeepingExcellent leadership and communication skillsMust be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate ability to multi-task, proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources and timeKnowledge of basic sanitation requirements / controls and applications of relevant chemicals. Knowledge of policies applicable to housekeepingGood command of both written and spoken English and SpanishShift duty is requiredWork location : Airport
