Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Product and Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands.

The successful candidate will provide high-performance levels for service-related processes, implement improvement activities where necessary, and work closely with Product Owners, Customer Success Managers, and Software Engineers.

This is a full-time role that requires managing all aspects of projects to meet customer requirements and ensuring all product, technical, quality, and business targets are achieved.

Assist in managing all aspects of projects to meet customer requirements and ensure all targets are met.

Carry out daily project-related activities including software configuration, maintaining project plans, and coordinating with teams across the business.

Achieve project deliverables and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Identify, analyze, and address project risks and business outcomes, sharing lessons learned regularly.

Establish and maintain weekly reporting, including setting up regular meetings, capturing minutes, and updating teams and management.

Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Support internal tasks such as reporting and workshops.

Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy Markets, Engineering, Sustainability, or a relevant field.

Knowledge of Project Management.

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Comfortable using Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira).

Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.

Customer-oriented with excellent organization and communication skills.

Fluent in English.
