Overview Senior Software Engineer (Money Flows) – Ebury. Madrid or Malaga Office – Hybrid : 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.

Responsibilities Contribute to the development of the next iteration of our platform, designed to streamline cross-border payments and the international collection of funds.

Collaborate with colleagues and engineering leaders to design new services and components.

Coach and mentor less experienced team members to increase team effectiveness and efficiency.

Lead product initiatives from analysis to delivery, working closely with product and operational teams to ensure alignment.

About You (Qualifications) Extensive experience in developing complex software systems.

Experience with Python, Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Kibana.

Ability to communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives and user needs.

Proficiency in constructing and managing services, standard APIs, monitoring and alerting, and integrating external systems.

Commitment to quality with well-tested code and CI pipelines; experience with Terraform for deployment.
