Commercial Refrigeration Sales Manager

We are expanding our Commercial Refrigeration sales team and searching for highly motivated salespersons with a technical sales background. You will mainly work with mid-sized OEM companies in Europe. Your role will involve increasing wallet share with existing accounts and opening new accounts. Sales are project-driven, and you will manage your own territory, reporting directly to the Sales Director.

Your responsibilities include :

• Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling
• Analyzing regional market trends and identifying target customers, products, and industry segments for growth
• Preparing offers and following up throughout the sales cycle
• Tracking and reporting sales efforts in the CRM system

Our offices are located in Santa Perpetua and Barcelona (next to Sants). We offer 27 working days of holidays, an intensive schedule on Fridays, flexible local public holidays, and private health insurance (Adeslas).
