We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team as a maternity leave cover, with the potential to transition into a permanent role depending on performance. As an SDR at Kloutit, your role will be key in shaping our Go-To-Market strategy, helping us refine our outreach, messaging, and market positioning based on your direct interactions with potential customers.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads according to company criteria.
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives (AEs).
- Strong capability to manage and update all interaction records in the CRM.
- Meet monthly targets for scheduled meetings.
Requirements
Previous experience as an SDR or in sales (experience in SaaS is a plus).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Fluency in Spanish and English.Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic sales team.We highly value
Experience in outbound sales (cold calling, cold emailing).Knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, Clay.Experience in B2B sales processes.Background in fraud & finance departments.What we offer
