Job Description :

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and events, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

  • Agenda and Calendar Management
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Organize travel and reservations (flights, hotels, transportation).
  • Customer Service and Communication
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and auditors.
  • Administrative Support
  • Draft, review, and file documents
  • Manage databases and internal systems.
  • Plan audits.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders.

Requirements :

  • Degree or Vocational Training in Administration and Finance
  • Knowledge of Excel And Microsoft Office package
  • Fluency in client communication
  • Minimum of one year of experience
