A remarkable 96.5 of our staff express high satisfaction with being part of this family.Requirements- Languages : English (desirable French or German).- Experience : At least 15 years.- Industry : Strong experience and knowledge in LNG projects, especially on regasification plants in operation.- Open to Relocating : France / Netherlands / Belgium / Germany.Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate construction activities of the project, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.- Work closely with engineering, operations, and contractors to minimize disruption of ongoing plant operations.- Lead the development of the safety culture on the project, making safety a natural part of all work performed.- Lead the focus on scope change management, ensuring that all scope and services are properly bound by the prime contract documents.- Manage all risks associated with the execution of the work, including driving ongoing risk assessment and mitigation efforts.- Establish and maintain alignment for all activities across project phases and locations, with emphasis across functions and departments.- Develop and implement a safety and security program for all company personnel and contractors, and establish procedures to monitor the overall site safety program.- Oversee and direct activity in adherence to the company Quality Program.- Maintain a continuous and focused effort to execute all activity according to the as-sold basis for baseline documents, with regular reporting to senior management on status.- Ensure forecasts and progress reporting are accurate and timely.- Manage and promote communication and relationships with clients and the local community and stakeholders;serve as the lead company representative to maintain a harmonious relationship.- Manage personnel development and provide on-the-job and formal training and timely performance feedback.- Leverage internal and external resources to administer policies and procedures consistently across all business lines, functions, and locations.- Analyze situations, identify and forecast problems, evaluate options, and recommend or implement appropriate actions.- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.- Develop and apply core skills to the job and meet attendance and punctuality expectations.- Coordinate and monitor all construction activities until mechanical completion and turnover to the commissioning team;support commissioning and client during start-up.We OfferA dynamic and collaborative work environment with competitive compensation and benefits.
