We’re seeking a Senior Research / AI Engineer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a passion for driving innovation in Natural Language Processing and Generative AI. You’ll be at the forefront of developing, optimizing, and deploying production-ready AI solutions that power next-generation applications.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full lifecycle of LLM‑driven projects — from research and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
• Work hands‑on with state‑of‑the‑art models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Mistral, Gemini, Gemma) to design new features and intelligent products.
• Apply fine‑tuning, model distillation, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance performance and contextual accuracy.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code to support robust AI systems.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into production‑grade solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and applying the latest breakthroughs in AI / ML and NLP.
